This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Cloud Storage (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Koofr d.o.o. The Application is designed to give access to Cloud Storage service on mobile devices. By using this application users can store, access, edit and share their files in a secure and efficient way. Cloud Storage is a hybrid storage platform, which enables users to aggregate different storage types into single interface, thus enabling easy and secure access to users’ data.
By downloading this Application you agree to these terms. If you wish to stop the collection of Data specified in this Privacy Policy, you can do so by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Data is processed at the Data Controller headquarters, unless stated otherwise in the rest of this document.
The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request the Data Controller for their suspension or removal.

By registering or authenticating, Users allow this Application to identify them and give them access to dedicated services. Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. This Application may send push notifications to the User.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application and can request the Data Controller to erase the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.

As part of our service, users can connect their existing third-party cloud storage accounts (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive) to their Cloud Storage account. For connected accounts, Cloud Storage collects and stores metadata information about the files, but not the actual files (files residing in those accounts are not stored in Cloud Storage). Metadata is only retained while the third-party account is logged in. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of the users’ data. All the metadata and access credentials are securely stored. The use of third-party services is at the discretion of the users and is not endorsed by Cloud Storage in any way.
